Processing Time
Every Allison Racing product is made to order. Once you place your order, we begin production within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We don't hold pre-made inventory — your piece is created specifically for you, which is part of what makes it premium.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, delivery takes between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier's current volume.
Estimated timeline from order to delivery:
- Production: 2 business days
- Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Total estimated time: 9–16 business days
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us before placing your order at contact@allisonracing.shop.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Delays
Occasionally, external factors such as high carrier volume, customs clearance, or weather events can extend delivery times beyond our standard estimate. While these situations are outside our control, we will always do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues promptly.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@allisonracing.shop and we'll investigate immediately.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@allisonracing.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we produce each item on demand, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production may have already begun. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@allisonracing.shop if you need to make a change.
